   Well I'm far from a Linux fan, but it's better than Winblows.  This 
is a standard load to run a Java application on very cheap (and "don't 
care if it fails") hardware.  In this case I consider it justifiable, 
if not optimal.  Stooping to Linux to pay the bills is simply as far as 
I will go.  Further than that, and I will live in a cardboard box.  
This industry and its science are a LIFE, not a job, for me.
