   I used to use a PIC programmer under a Windoze emulator.  Nowadays, I 
use the ExpressPCB layout tool under an emulator, and periodically I 
use the Xilinx Foundation suite under an emulator.  These allowances I 
make, and I make no excuses for them...but I don't depend upon them for 
my income; I'm smarter than that, thank you.
