I had a lot of doctors recommend products that never worked. I get
psoriasis flare-ups often, especially on the legs & scalp. On the
legs, Tegrin does a good job. On the scalp, the only over the counter
shampoo that works for me is T/Gel. You don't need to let it sit for
20 minutes but two applications per shower does seem to work better
than one. Give it a few days to work on your scalp before you pass
judgement on it. They have many different varieties, and I'm not sure
off the top of my head which one it is that I use, but it is a really
dark amber color (which sets it apart from their other products, I
think).
