It looks to be a numbers game.  They appear to be the same card, but
packaged as different FRUs (ie: standalone, or as part of an m6
assembly), or possibly the exact same part for different workstations,
or possibly with different firmware levels.

In any case, Sun seems to treat them as equivalent in the Handbook.
