[rescue] Can anyone id this (possibly DEC) cable?

That is a coaxial ethernet cable.  The connector with the odd end is for
plugging into a wallplate.  An office at my former employer was
completely wired with that stuff, a project while i was there was
switching it all over to 100baseT.
