I think you have a typo there. Didn't you mean to just type "I don't know"

It's okay to admit that you don't know. It's obnoxious to attack someone
to cover up the fact. Maybe it's worth your time to put the magic smoke
back in the bits, or to fix a board that's been snapped in half. Or maybe
you're just having a bad week.

Al, I don't know if you can do that sort of adaptation. You might have to
jumper the mini-itx's power switch and depend on the rocker switch on the
IPC/IPX's power supply, since I'm bordering on willing to bet that the IPC
supply won't provide the soft power voltage that most modern PC boards
require for their power buttons.

I hope you do get a response from someone with more clue than bile on the
matter. I have neither in this situation, but I have some toasty machines
that I think would be cool in this sort of situation too.
