Just picked up a cisco 2924-XL-EN on ebay for 300 smacks.

I'm unsure of the software rev. cuz the person selling it seems like a
secretary or something.  If it's only a year old like she says then I
should be okay.

It seems like I need at least 12.0(5)XU to do multiple span destination
ports (1 per VLAN) according to this:

Is there a place to get IOS upgrades besides cisco?  How much does
switch software usually cost.

There seems to be plenty of cisco veterans in here, so I thought I'd ask
you guys first.
