   I wasn't suggesting *his* circuit was installed in 1972...I was 
saying that T1s were used as customer data circuits as early as 1972 
(and likely earlier, that's just the earliset one I've heard of) when 
HDSL didn't exist...my point was T1 != HDSL.

   I'm sorry if I was unclear.
