What is the war/competition you think MS will win? Desktops? Hearts &
Minds? Servers? Everything?

Along the continuum of computing needs, I feel there is a space between
MS users (convienience #1 concern, with acquisition cost second) and
"industrial" users (stability #1 concern, with long-term cost second)
that is still unserved - convienience #1 concern, with stability #2 (or
vice versa).
