Remember, they run a fleet of nothing but 737's.  If Sun made a "OneBox",
they would market themselves right out of the world.  Hence they need a
diversity of offerings, which in turn boosts operating costs, etc.  You
don't need to really innovate to offer cheap airfares on a 737.  ;)
