In my experience it's more what it may not be... =)

I'm not saying that it's multiple things, I'm sure it's probably one thing.

I've seen it with bad memory.  I also had a fun experience with the
same error when I had shorted pins on a Creator card.  I'd recommend
stripping out the memory to a minimum configuration, and then try
perhaps removing the video card....
