Nadine suggested the Mac Managers list, which is a 24 karat resource.
   Also good is the www.macwindows.com web site, since it allows you to
leverage any Windows OS knowledge to find Mac-oriented solutions.
   Depending on what you want, the TidBITS newsletter archives at
www.tidbits.com can also be useful. And there's some discussion slists about
Mac OS X for Unix folks you can get to from here:
