[rescue] Q: Are all EV5's made equal?

A quick alpha question. I was looking on info on an alphastation 600 which
I just got. It seem that teh eV5 (21164) can be upgraded to 333 or 500.
Question is, are all EV5s running at 500 Mhz the same? Or are different
families of EV5s?

Inquiring minds want to know... I know htere are a few DEC gurus over here
*cough*Dave*cough* so I figure it may be a worthwhile question.
