[rescue] Ultra 5 Weirdness

I've got an Ultra 5/400 that I just installed two new disks in: a 
Quantum LCT20 20gb drive and a Quantum LCT15 15gb drive.

The LCT20 spins down after being accessed for a while, and will not spin 
up until the machine is rebooted.  Normally, I would jsut chalk this up 
to a bad disk, but the disk performs flawlessly in a Dell POS that I 
have here.

Any suggestions?  The LCT15 does not seem to suffer from this issue.
