[rescue] New harddrive in a SS20

You may be correct, i was using my limited anecdotal evidence.
 I have seen only three SS20s (one being mine) and all three
had this little fan between the drives and the cd/floppy.  All
of these SS20s came from the same place so they could have
been added as options by the same IT staff.  And yes you are
correct that they are not the best engineered cooling
equipment i have seen.  If your floppy slot is open you could
place a small fan between the drives and the slot, having it
pull air from the drives and out toward the empty slot.
