   It's been a while, but if memory serves the 3/50 and 3/60 chassis are 
missing some voltages (+12 on P2 maybe) that the 4/600 requires.  
There's also a cooling issue with the single-fan chassis and something 
as power-hungry as the 4/600 CPU.

   The 4/110 chassis is fine with the 4/600 CPU though; I've run lots of 
machines in that configuration with no problems.
