This explains last night...... I'm on a PC with Zone alarm.  Zone alarm, 
kept showing that it was refusing connection to UDP port blah blah blah. 
  I kept geting hit from all sorts of different IP address's.  I was 
having a hard time getting to various sites, too.  Amazingly, Ebay 
seemed to work :-)
