[rescue] IRIX 6.5.18m stream 'kinda'available for free download again

I checked this out last night and was able to download what appeared to be 
the f stream there as well.. looks like it was 6.5.16f though.  Is that 
all I need to get in order to install IRIX on a bare Octane?  There did 
not appear to be iso images so I guess I can do HD install on an external 
disk.
