[rescue] openboot rom versions

I've tried STFW and I haven't been able to find a chart showing
which rom versions are required for which Mbus modules.  I know
I've seen it before.  Does anyone know where to find it?
I picked up an HS150 at a hamfest for $30 last summer but
my 1.19 rom doesn't recognize it.  I also have a possibly
bad SM-71 that might need a higher version.

Does anyone know of a cheap source for the latest proms?
