[rescue] AXi CPU Upgrade

I've upgraded the CPU in my AXi from a 300MHz 512K cache to a
333MHz 2MB cache, but when I power on the system all I get is
a constant beep from the speaker.  There's no documentation in
my AXi manual (pdf format) that specifies any jumpers to change
when changing the CPU.  Do I need to change something, or have
I got some other problem with the new CPU?
