[rescue] Alpha 8400, 7000r will they run linux??

DEC = Digital Equipment Corporation. As simple as that.
Naming the 8400 as "DEC 8400" is not enitrely wrong, just that it
confuses people with the DEC 3000, 4000 and 7000 series of Alpha-gear.
The Alphaserver 8400 is named "Alphaserver 8400", and DEC (Digital)
manufactured it.
