[rescue] Recommended patches for old versions

Sunsolve has archives of the last ${version}_Recommended.tar.Z for 2.3
through 2.5.1 at ftp://sunsolve.sun.com/pub/archive_clusters/ (readme
date of 06/25/2001).  Curiously, 2.5.1 is also still currently updated
in /pub/patches (readme date of 01/09/2003).

I have tracked down the latest 2.2_Recommended.tar.Z that I have
from the Sunsolve v2.6.2 cdrom.  The readme date is 04/28/1995.

Was there ever a recommended patch cluster for 2.1 or 2.0?
