[rescue] Anyone dealt with u-pic.com for insurance on packages?

Hi all,

I wondere if anyone of you have used U-PIC.COM (Package In-Transit
Coverage) for third-party shipping insurance? 

I think I got referred to them from stamps.com software. Main reason I'd
use them is to insure USPS packages without going to the post office,
although it could save time and money on stuff I have picked up for any
carrier.
