Yes.  The PDU is a "dumb" device (just wire).  There is no smarts in it.
I've never used a D box but a guy I just asked has and says that it's auto
switching.

Unplug the fans if you supply 110V.  They are A/C and don't have power
supplies to handle its power.

So are you saying to plug the 230V PDU into 110 with a new plug (no
transformer) and then switch everything to 115?

IF so, then I can't run the Fan tray right?
