Well, with Apollo 13 (at least according to the movie) they got a square
air filter into a round hole (or was it the other way around?).  Even
giving consideration to the fact that fart conduit fittings would be
much more difficult (they'd need the conduit to be pressurized, find a
way to get it from one craft to another, etc.) i bet they would figure
it out.

Never underestimate a team of smart motherfuckers.
