7043-140's only have 10Mbit onboard.  7043-150's have 10/100.
(Our 7043-140's at work all have a PCI 10/100 card in them... 3com, I think?)

How fast is a 7043-140?  That depends.  They came in 200's, 233's, and 332's 
that I've seen myself (clock speed).  I dunno, I'd guess a 332 compares to a 
U5-ish machine.. prolly not a higher-end U30.  Who wants to compare 604e's 
and uSPARCs for me?

I don't believe any of the 7043s take SCA drives.  I believe they're all 
68-pin SE.

Not sure on RAM.  Someone else please chime in (Sridhar?)
