Believe me, you do not want an E150 chassis. They're one of the worst
ones that Sun developed (though I nominate the 4/x30 for worst chassis
runner-up, for the wheels and SCSI cable arrangement). Inside, they look
like someone went a bit off the deep end with a foam blow packer. There
are additional hotswap drive bays, but overall I don't feel that the whole
chassis is worth dealing with.
Your motherboard is basically identical to that of an Ultra 1/170. If you
could find an Ultra 1 chassis with powersupply then you could get the
board operational. Given the cost of Ultra 1's, though, it doesn't seem
too likely that building one from parts is worth it.
You can't hook up a normal PC powersupply, the board you have does active
voltage regulation through control lines going back to the supply.
