Nope, you can only use PCI cards in an U5.  

The Ultra 5 and Ultra 10 are *IDENTICAL* - the only difference is the case.
The Ultra 5 even has the UPA slot, but no card will fit due to the desktop
case versus the tower case.

Sun sells the XVR-100, which is a Radeon 7000...
