I was shocked that gcc code ran faster on R10k than R12k.

If I can ever get this machine running _again_, I'll have some int number
too.  Ran the tests on the R10k, but the system went down when I switched
back to R12k.  I _think_ I know what's wrong (and it's been fixed).
