[rescue] FYI (list archives)

I'm cleaning up and regenerating the rescue list archives; if you hit
it before tonight it will be incomplete and/or spotty.  There's almost 86,000
posts, so I'm having to regenerate the HTML archives in "chunks".

(the first time I tried it this morning doing them all at once, it took 
 almost five hours, and the archiver ate itself)
