I'd be inclined to disagree, since I've seen it under Windows
with moz/netscape, too. Specifically, you can click on a link
and have it open, but can't type anything in the URL box or in
forms. I haven't seen this under Netscape 7 or 7.1 for OS X
(and I've seen less of the "Application Not Responding" crap
from over-laden graphics animation pages, since going to 7.1).
Haven't installed mozilla recently on OS X.
(I don't like Safari, the UI doesn't follow the common right-
click UI standard that's been adopted *gasp* from Windoze on
just about everything. AppleWorks annoys me for the same
reason. I haven't used Navigator/Chimera enough to form an
opinion, yet.)
