[rescue] Another Sparc IPX Question

I have 2 old IPX's that have dead NVRAM. I don't really care to disect
the NVRAM to add a battery yet, but would prefer to buy a new chip.  Has
anyone picked up an NVRAM for an IPX from Mouser or some other
electronics supplier?  Mostly curious as I have heard that some vendor
had chips that were supposedly compatible, but the system would not boot
cleanly.  What part # did you order?
