   Well, as far as I know you need DEC firmware to make it bootable from 
SRM, and (of course) you need some way to configure it.  I have the 
Alpha/ARC version of the configuration utility if need it, and I can 
write the DEC firmware into flash chips for your board if you send me 
either the flash chips or the whole board.
