The one I have here is IBM on the top, "Manufactured by Lexmark" on the 
bottom (copyright date of 1984 so they were one in the same then), it 
is a Model M, and part number 1397440.  It's the IBM keyboard we all 
know and love, and has a PS/2 connector on it.
