	This brought up a thought. Anyone else have a "Tie" pay rate , which
is what I like to call it. For example: 

Here, like many places it depends on your proximity to Corporate, and once
there, your proximity to the head shed.  I used to be able to wear jeans and
t-shirt/polo shirt every day of the week, and that because I felt scruffy in
shorts.  Here it's slacks and polo/button down shirts.  Same salary, though.
