[rescue] SGI SW1600 Display

You either have to have an OpenLDI interface (SGI Proprietary) which is
found as a card add-on to the O2 or 320/540's... OR you can use a #9
Revolution IV on a PEE_CEE, OR a VX1-1600SW 3DLabs card (which is the
better card) on a PEE_CEE OR you can use a multilink adaptor which will
let you hook ANYTHING to it practically.
