[rescue] Watchguard Firebox II

We have a Watchguard FireBox II that has been sitting on the shelf for a
while since it's "broken".  It pre-dates me at this place,  and I'd at least
like to fire it up and check out what's wrong to decide if I should
pitch/hack the thing, but we are lacking the Management Console software so
I can talk to it.

It does have a serial console port, and connecting up via a term program
shows a LILO boot prompt, the text "Loading User" and then the machine hangs
with the SYS A light on and two bars in the load meter.

I have found reference on how to set it to factory defaults, but the
software appears to be necessary for configuration.

If anyone has a copy of the management software that they can shoot off to
me, that would be great. It doesn't appear to be available on Watchguards
site, and we are out of maintenance on this. I have our records of the
passwords, etc. that it was configured with, but not the tools.
