If it's any help, I needed a 3w3 to 13w3 cable (to connect an SGI
branded monitor to a vaxstation 4000VLC) and I ended up using a 3w3 <->
3 bnc cable and a 13w3 <-> 3bnc cable with 3 female-female bnc adapters
between them. Perhaps you could do the same with a bnc to vga cable?
