[rescue] mystery Indy card

Can anybody identify the mystery card in the SGI Indy shown at

  http://www.mit.edu/~mike/indypics.html

It's a very wide cards that seems to take up both card slots in the
Indy.

It has red and green LEDs poking out one of the cutouts in the black
panel, a black plastic connector poking out the other, and a big AMD
chip onboard. The seller can't find an SGI part number on it, though
that doesn't mean one isn't there.

If anyone knows what the card is, I would be interested to find out.
