Behead the Ultra 10's.  I had a similar mixed setup (Netra's, E5X00's, E280R, E3500)
and removed the keyboard and monitor from my E5000.  Now the only tube/keyboard that
is live is on an old IPX acting as local access to the console-server serial ports.
