Actually, I didn't even do that.  I should have.  I emailed Ebay, the 
lists I'm on, friends, etc.  It may have gone 404, because I might have 
tipped him off, in my efforts to tell him that he's a jerk.  You see, I 
filled his form out, using creative names, address, etc.
