I'm actually stepping down in processor speed from my old
main Alpha (PWS500au), but I'll keep my eye out for a 5/500
CPU board for the AS1000A. The AS1000A has seven PCI slots
and an integrated seven bay StorageWorks wide shelf.
My PWS500au will shortly be for sale.
