Octane<->ciscoSystems "PC" adapter<->rollover<->cisco

Also, make sure you're opening /dev/ttyd? instead of /dev/ttyf?, as Cisco
devices don't tend to support hardware flow-control.  If you open
/dev/ttyf?, minicom will block on waiting for flow-control signals.
