[rescue] OSX - Command line Mounting CDrom

	Has any one figured out how to mount a CDRom in OSX when you're in
single user mode? It seems that the device dosen't exist, even after
running systemstarter, so of course mount fails. I can't figure out how to
create the correct device there. Thanks much!
