Yes, but the retrofitted the license to apply to Solaris 8.  Granted, if
you've already downloaded Solaris 8 under the old agreement, they can't
change it out from under you, but this still sucks.

And my next Sun purchase was going to specifically fulfill my need for
cheap 64-bit SMP.
