Looks cool. I wish I could a) fit one of the many racks I have in my
basement b) my wife would let me bring one home.

PS, anyone want to buy a rack? ;-)

Subject: [rescue] Geek Office space revisited..
A while ago there was a thread about setting up your desk(s) and there
were pictures abounding containing people's computer setup. Well, I am
fashonably late but still have a contribution to make. Just this past
weekend Patrick Giagnocavo sold me a telco rack for a steal - something
that I have been waiting to find for a couple years actually. After
hoisting this (probably 500lb) thing up 2 flights of stairs, hauling it
100+ miles, disasembling and refurbishing it, I have my new home office
setup.. You can take a look at it if you care to at:
http://thelinuxlink.net/~linc/
The top pic is the old setup and the bottom is the new one with the rack.
The rack was obviously not in that good of shape when I brought it
home. I got rid of the rust, touched up the paint, gutted it, cleaned it
out, made a hinged locked back door, and a plexiglass front door panel for
it (all in one day).
By the way, Thanks Patrick!
