It does, sortof...  It underclocks the CPUs to 40Mhz, so you might as
well use SM40s.  Without supercache (which is what makes a SMx1), the
processor must run at the same speed as the Mbus.

Having two SM50s in either a SS10 or SS20 would work, but you better hope
that the load fits in the tiny level 1 cache, cause otherwise you'll have
a lot of contention on the Mbus...
