If you need an IP22 motherboard, sure. An R4400/200 CPU isn't bad at all.
But you'll need a chassis, some memory, a power supply, those weird
internal SCSI cables, and one of these:

to make it work first. But, if you've got an Indigo2 with a dead
motherboard or CPU, it was an excellent deal. Also, if you want to use
Impact graphics, you'll need to upgrade the midplane. Such an upgrade is
going on eBay right now (from the same seller as the above rear port
cluster--it looks like he gutted a PowerIndigo2 R8000/75 and is selling
the pieces) for $19.95.
