When I bought my E450 chassis on Ebay (shipped from Baltimore to San
Francisco) I emailed the seller asking for a shipment quote. He said
"$75". I bid and won, I was expecting something closer to $150.
To his credit, the seller stuck with that figure even after he realized
that it couldn't go by UPS and that he had to buy a rigid container and
ship by freight. I got the chassis a week later, working perfectly. Got
a neat hardshell crate with a multi-ton bursting pressure for free out of
the deal.
