[rescue] Transceiver help?

Just picked up some ODS (Optical Data Systems) 266 twisted pair ethernet
transceivers.  Cover says remove 4 top screws and cover for configuration
access.  Under the cover are 3 jumpers..  Anyone know how these should be
set?  They are not marked and I would *really* like to get these to work.
